We’ve eaten at Los Carboncitos (both Sheridan and Pecos), the food is excellent every time. They have a large menu with lots of authentic options. The surface is very good and they have a good atmosphere. Great selection of margaritas. They also have a salsa medley, with 5 different salsas, excellent!

Authentic Mexican joint in Lakewood, CO. Delicious and varied menu, great staff (including a roaming Karaoke singer), and (mostly Mexican) locals at every table (always a good sign).

THE BEST veggie tacos in town. This place is very authentic and the portions sizes are great. Plenty of delicious made from scratch salsas. 10/10 I am a new regular here!
