I'm in Mexican food heaven. I haven't had Menudo since I was 17 years old in Arizona. I'm now 45. It was EXACTLY how I remembered it. Absolutely fantastic! The staff were all smiles. I love it here

If you are not coming here for your breakfast burritos then what are you doing with your life? Burritos are HUGE. Fresh salsa bar. The rest of the food here looks amazing as well. Can’t wait to try it. The employees are super friendly and nice. Love it.

Taqueria Mi Pueblo has the best huevos rancheros I've ever found and I've been on a quest for the best for years through several countries. Their tacos are great too! I love this place ❤️ Pictured is the huevos rancheros.

I had dinner here last night 12/19/25 I ordered the chicharon in salsa verde plate. My husband had the menudo (that we later found out was beef tripe) and my son had the buche tacos plate. First of all my plate tasted like old pork. I took one bite and that was all I could chew and spit out right away before I literally almost barfed everywhere. The meat was so hard. You can tell that it was old food, but just reheated in the microwave. My husband’s Menudo was also smelly. The tripe was slimy and huge chunks of tripe not like regular pork Menudo. We asked for it with pig feet inside the Menudo and they gave us a big cow hoof which later we found out was beef Menudo. So disgusting and seemed reheated from the microwave also. My son’s tacos also were not edible. I hate to sound so dramatic this is literally what it was though. I’m Mexican and this is not authentic Mexican food but rather a bunch of slop. I let the lady know that took our order that it was horrible food and requested my money back for my plate at least, which she handed me a $20 bill back for my plate. This was the most disgusting Mexican food I have ever ate in all of Colorado. I cannot see how people keep this place in business. On top of the terrible experience it was also way overpriced. $87.55 for 3 nasty plates and almost $7.50 for a 20oz drink of fountain agua full of powder ( not even the real thing) NEVER AGAIN!
