I am disappointed in the customer service and experience. You can only order through a screen or app. This would not be a problem but you cannot modify anything in anyway. As someone who has the cilantro-tastes-like-soap gene, it was difficult for me to order anything. Finally, when we got our food, it was mostly cold.

Poke Nachos gave me food poisoning. Still dealing with it a week later. This was last Tuesday afternoon. 12/16/25. I’ve had poke nachos before at other restaurants and never an issue.
