Wild Taco Denver-Edgewater Market

I am disappointed in the customer service and experience. You can only order through a screen or app. This would not be a problem but you cannot modify anything in anyway. As someone who has the cilantro-tastes-like-soap gene, it was difficult for me to order anything. Finally, when we got our food, it was mostly cold.

Fresh and creative blend of Mexican and Asian food! Ahi poke and bulgogi nachos were amazing. Will definitely be going back to try more things!

Poke Nachos gave me food poisoning. Still dealing with it a week later. This was last Tuesday afternoon. 12/16/25. I’ve had poke nachos before at other restaurants and never an issue.

When you are sipping a margarita at the bar, you are missing out if you are not eating these tacos. That’s how I got hooked. And they are right next to the bar too. Do yourself a favor and try the bulgogi bowl with kimchi too…
