Edgewater Inn Pizza

We were recommended this pizza restaurant by a few locals when we asked about local gems. Upon arrival, the place was so lively and busy, and after a brief wait, we were seated at a spotless table. Our waiter, David, greeted us warmly and immediately made sure we were taken care of. He accommodated every request and concern with ease and suggested the best pizza for us, which turned out to be fantastic! As visitors from Dallas exploring Denver, we were genuinely happy we chose this spot for dinner. David went above and beyond, even helping me find a way to charge my phone before heading back to the airport, which helped more than he probably realized. I highly recommend the prosciutto pizza overall, a truly pleasant and memorable experience.

10/14/2025 Try the pizza, calzone arugula sandwich. In my opinion, I thought the crust was a little crispy and hurt my mouth, but some other people would love this pizza. Fresh mozzarella in the bread is made fresh in-house and tossed every day.

I love coming here. They have a cozy space and friendly staff. They also have hands down the BEST caprese salad I've ever had (I think the secret is in their olive oil drizzle). Cocktails are pretty good too.
