Roll It Up Sushi

You can tell when you first sit down and take the bite. You can't stop and you won't want more and more. This is by far some of the best sushi. The menu is very simple but it's for a good reason. Every portion is thought out and delicious to the final bite.

So happy I found a great, high quality but casual spot for sushi. The seafood was super fresh, clean, and just well handled overall. The scallop roll was easily my favorite, simple but done right. They also use gluten-free soy sauce, which I appreciated. They’re doing genmai sushi, (brown rice) and you can taste the difference. It’s subtle but it really elevates everything. Great addition to EDGEWATER public market, with an easy energy that makes it a really nice spot for a casual date. And for the quality, prices are very reasonable. Definitely one I’ll keep coming back to.

This place is absolute fire! Reminds you of a small Omakase spot if you sit at the couple of bar seats. Honestly can’t wait to see what else they come up with on the menu!!
