We had a 3-night stay in mid December at Grand Hyatt Denver, and the service was truly outstanding! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had an uncommon request due to a last minute injury in our group and asked if the shower head could be swapped for a detachable one (we did not need a full ADA room). They handled the request quickly and thoughtfully, which made a big difference for us. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The restaurant and cafe/market staff were friendly and attentive, room service was fast, and every interaction felt professional yet welcoming. We’ve stayed at many Hyatt properties over the years, and the level of service here exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. While the decor was a bit dated, that was expected and did not detract from the overall comfort. Pricing was very reasonable. The location is excellent. The hotel is less than a 10-min walk from the 16th Street Mall (outdoor mall) that was not very busy during the weekend, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby, as well as easy access to pharmacies (CVS & Walgreens) and a nearby Target. It’s also an easy 30-min drive to DEN. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service and a very convenient downtown location. We would absolutely return.

The guy at the front desk used more eye contact than I would like, but he was professional and polite. All around, it was the first time in a while that I encountered so many great hotel employees. They managed to come across as sincere rather than "I'm being paid to be nice". I only asked for hot water and a small glass of milk alternative. The staff was so accommodating and prepared to go above and beyond for my simple request. The room was ok. I liked the view.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Denver was absolutely wonderful and easily one of the best Hyatt experiences our family has had. The property is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and everything felt effortless from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond by sharing helpful information proactively, communicating clearly when we arrived a day late, and making every interaction warm and welcoming. They made my son’s birthday incredibly special by decorating our room, providing a birthday cupcake, and surprising him with birthday treats during dining. The service, attention to detail, and kindness from the entire team really set this hotel apart. We are so grateful and can’t wait to return!

Truly one of the most consistent hotels out there. Always super welcoming, quiet, spotless, amazing breakfast buffet, excellent pool, easy self parking, and windows that open (not very far, but always welcome!). Nothing extravegant, but checks all the boxes every time. Stayed here 10+ times and every visit has been great!
