I am vietnamese, and i love supporting vietnamese businesses when i can. I decided to try a new banh mi place and saw this one had great reviews. The photos looked good too so i came here with my girlfriend for lunch. we were going for banh mi and she wanted pho once we got here so we got 1 of each. I got the smoked pork belly 9” banh mi. it was $14… very pricey for banh mi. spoiled by my trip to vietnam last year where it was $1.50. When the food came out i was excited for the banh mi, it looked great (photo included) until i realized it literally had 2 strips of pork belly per half. i eat a few bites and it became literally a veggie sandwich with carrots and radish. Very disappointing. “I have my greviances” was my response when my girlfriend asked me how the sandwich was. Taste was decent, but value was not there.. it’s unfortunate because often times experiences like this is one and done for me. At least we got the pho. It was decent. You can find better pho on federal, but for what is, its a 3.5/4 star pho. i’m not too picky. Overall i don’t think i’ll come back here again. I came for the banh mi, and was unimpressed with the little value for the money. Always down to try pho somewhere new but it wasn’t anything special. I’m glad others enjoy it and hope they continue to.

I live and work right across the street at The Vixen, and Ann has been one of the best parts of our neighborhood! She’s so kind, genuine, and always makes everyone feel like family. I stop by at least three times a week- she even remembers my name and my order and it makes my heart soar! The food? Absolutely amazing- best pho and bánh mì on Colfax, hands down. Thank you, Ann, for always taking such great care of me, my team, and our residents. We adore you!

This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Their grilled Beef & Pork noodle bowls also have a lot of veggies and flavor. It’s a great balanced meal. I loved their Pho fried rice as well. It has a spicy kick and wonderful depth of flavor. Don’t miss out on their delicious drinks as well. I’m trying their Duck Pho today. I’ll keep coming back

Stopped in here before a show down the block. The Beef Pho Bahn Mi Dip was spectacular. The Pho broth is so deliciously seasoned. My husband had the duck pho and really liked the broth and cuts of meat. Service was excellent. Worth the visit!
