The white pie was amazing. The Sicilian-style pizza was hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The large Caesar salad was huge — easily big enough for 6–8 people to share. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

this restaurant was incredible! i love the vibe of the place, it was still decorated beautifully for Valentine’s day and is very aesthetic. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure to explain the menu to us carefully. the food was the best part, particularly the pizza! would definitely visit again just to try more items off their menu.

I visited your establishment after seeing a large number of enthusiastic reviews in the media about your pizza and Caesar wrap. Unfortunately, my experience did not live up to the expectations. I would like to describe the situation step by step. 1. Waiting to be seated We waited about 5 minutes to be seated, even though around half of the restaurant was completely empty. The same situation happened with other guests as well — their waiting time exceeded 10 minutes. 2. Cleanliness in the dining area Tables are not cleared in a timely manner. Dirty dishes are left on tables for a long time, both inside the restaurant and outside. 3. Table cleaning process Tables are wiped with a cloth, while the bucket of water is placed directly on the floor. Guests constantly walk past it in outdoor shoes, allowing dirt and bacteria to get into the water, which is then used to wipe tables for other guests. This practice appears extremely unsanitary. 4. Service and communication We initially ordered a Caesar wrap and mentioned that we were still deciding which pizza to choose. However, there was no attempt from the waitress to offer recommendations or assistance — she simply walked away. As a result, when the Caesar wrap was brought to us, I had to stop the waitress myself in order to place an additional order. 5. Caesar wrap presentation The wrap was served with the wrapper placed incorrectly on the tray, clearly showing a lack of attention to presentation (photo attached below). I also noticed that guests at a nearby table were served a Caesar wrap with French fries, while we received chips. When I asked the waitress about this, she said that I should have requested fries myself. How was I supposed to know this was an option? It is not mentioned in the menu, nor is there a separate item for French fries. 6. Pizza We ordered the Soho Slipper pizza without knowing that it is made with thick dough, as the waitress did not inform us. When the pizza was brought to the table and I tried to explain that this was not what we expected, the waitress did not even listen and immediately went to the manager. In the end, the pizza was replaced and remade on thin crust. However, despite this adjustment, the pizza turned out to be disappointing — it was extremely oily and lacked flavor. Additionally, the pepperoni was overcooked to the point of being burnt. Overall, considering the high expectations created by online reviews, the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to guests was deeply disappointing. I truly hope management takes this feedback into account and improves the overall experience.

Really tasty pizza, both the New Haven thin Holly Jolly and the Sicilian Detroit-ish style Blondie white pizza - delish with the focaccia dough! Server Cole took nice care of us, and the Christmas peppermint cannoli was yummy! We'll be back!
