Sushi Bay 17

I’m someone who’s pretty careful with reviews because, let’s be honest… Denver’s food scene can be a little eh. That said… this place absolutely blew me away.😭😭😭 The sushi was incredibly fresh, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Every bite felt intentional, not just thrown together to look good on Instagram. It’s rare to find sushi in Denver that actually makes you pause and go, “Okay, this is legit.” What really sealed it, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, especially the two gentlemen working who went out of their way to make the experience feel personal and relaxed. You could tell they genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves, not just rushing us through a meal. Amazing food, amazing service, and an experience that genuinely exceeded expectations. This is the kind of spot that reminds you Denver can have great food…you just have to find the right places. I’ll absolutely be back. 🥹

We drive from 30 min outside Denver with this as our new go-to for sushi with our kids. We’ve been twice and absolutely love the genuine welcoming and friendly service and calm atmosphere making eating out less stressful. On top of this, the food is absolutely perfect, especially the yellowtail jalapeño and the hangover roll!

We have been coming to Sushi Bay 17 for years, but had only had takeout recently. We ate in the restaurant tonight and it was fantastic. The food was great. The fish was so fresh and delicious and the presentation was exceptional. Our loyalty remains strong for good reason!

Sushi Bay 17 is amazing!!! The perfect location for a date night, girls night, or just a casual sushi dinner. The sashimi slices are so thick, it’s definitely worth it to order multiple!
