Kisbee on the Roof

I visited this location on a Monday and loved the environment, the calm and chill vibe of the bar. I loved our server when we got there, but I guess she left because we had a guy “help” us after 30 minutes or so. He seemed really into talking to the bar tender rather than helping us and so we had one more round of drinks and left. We would have loved to stay a bit longer but the vibe just changed. We got there around 5pm, so we were on the roof around sunset time. The happy hour menu was good, the drinks were tasty, the Rosé was not my favorite though. I would recommend this location for the view, pool, and overall vibes.

This is not a restaurant. It is a pool side bar with a small menu. The ceviche and French dip appetizers were good. The view was good. If you want a drink at a roof top bar that has some food this is the place. If you want a roof top restaurant this is NOT the place. Oh, the plastic forks, knives, spoon, and cups were great. :/

The chicken fritters were great, including the greenery that came w/ it! The dressing was 🤌🏼 The pool is small but we had plenty of room! The views of the mountains are pretty.
