Pure Green - Juice Bar Cherry Creek

Unripened banana was used and tastes horrible! 🤮Was a door dash order. I want a FULL refund!! Too expensive for this lack of quality and care. 🤮 I called the store and first she answered and said nothing like a creep. Once I tried to speak she spoke over me. She did not care for the issue and my concerns were met with harsh defense. Customer service is seriously lacking. I give them another 3 months from the looks of reviews and the lack of customer service if even that. Stubborn & rude.

Pure greens is by far my favorite smoothie spot in Denver. The smoothies have never failed me, but the customer service is a joke. I come here multiple times a week and everyday the same lady is working and seems like she’d rather be anywhere else but there. She constantly has her iPad on the counter and speaking on the phone with someone. She is very rude and short with her responses and not very welcoming at all. For example today we walked with no greeting and no acknowledgement of our presence for 5 minutes while she sat and laughed on the phone with head phones in. It wasn’t until I said something for her to do her job. I did not want to write a review as I am no Karen, but she makes the smoothie spot look very bad and unprofessional. I don’t know her name but she wears very big glasses with her hair usually in a claw clip. I really believe management should consider evaluating this employee.

I went to get a refresher at Sip fresh! And i would like to give a shout out to Chase, Katiz, Ara and Allison! They were very friendly, took the time to explain all the flavors! Highly recommend

I am angry. I just ordered a doordash order to get the mocha smoothie and I ordered it the same way before without fruit and got it just fine before. This time they claimed they cannot make it without fruit. I wish I got the name of this person from the Dasher, but I am furious because I appreciate the products but that was insane. I had to cancel order and you lost my business today. I talked to your manager Jasmine too after the fact and she told me the same thing. It makes absolutely no sense and I ordered it a second time because I liked it. Also tried to fill out contact form on your website about this complaint and it would not let me submit. This happened 7/24/25 around 2:45pm
