My first time here and I was so impressed. The staff helped me decide on a bowl letting me know the kimchi wasn’t too spicy. And it paired well with the shredded short rib! I was able to enjoy my iced tea in a comfy chair in the 5ish minutes it took to prepare my bowl. Very quick imo since these dishes are all made to order. Staff was nice and helpful—even helping a customer clean up a dropped to go bowl of food. I can’t wait to come back with my family!

Green Eatery is one of my and my wife’s all-time favorite spots to eat great, clean, delicious, affordable food with generous portion sizes. Their smoothies and açaí bowls are BY FAR the best we have ever had, in any city anywhere we’ve been to. Simply perfection. And then there’s their desserts…since I’m a gluten-free foodie, I am super picky but OMG the brownies, cookies, and other offerings are dangerous—and I mean dangerous in a very good way! I could literally come in and order three or four brownies and be perfectly & blissfully happy with just that. So, tonight was our first time going to Green Eatery for dinner (they recently expanded their hours and added some bowls). And the verdict is: deeeelicious! I got the machita bowl with grilled lemon chicken. Would I get it again? Absolutely! However, I want to try each of the other bowls first, before I repeat reordering the same bowl. My wife got the breakfast sandwich and ate it so quickly I barely had a chance to get one bite, which was equally sumptuous. We also got the seasonal pumpkin bowl, and all I can say is I sincerely wish it was available year round and not just seasonally. To the founder of Green Eatery, Alison, thank you so much for all the care and attention you put into your gem of a restaurant. It shows in each of your menu creations! We appreciate you and we looooove Green Eatery! To the skeptics out there, please note that Alison did NOT ask for a review and she did NOT put us up to this. We selfishly want Alison to succeed so that Green Eatery will be around for us to enjoy for many many years to come :)
