How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

What a beautiful venue. The gondola ride up was amazing. The amphitheater is beautiful. And I talked with staff and they do offer private events. I’m so excited for the potential of this establishment. The gondola workers were very kind, and were very helpful to all people of different physical abilities. The menu at the top was amazing, I suggest ordering the potato spikes. They’re still doing some construction, but this place was a wonderful visit. I was watching the mountain bikers and talked to a few of them and they said that it was probably one of the coolest trails they’ve ever been on. On the way down from the gondola, you could see all the cool mountain bikers doing tricks and killing it on the trails.

Extremely disappointed, and almost regretful once the cost is factored in. You watch a 6 minute video and then ride an old run down bus to a 40 foot tunnel to stand for 5 minutes and then walk through the ruins of an old milling building and you're done. The only reason this got 2 stars is because the tour guide, Acadia, was so nice. The place wants to charge a premium price experience but provided an unprofessional tour.

We visited this place May 27 2026 and it was a great experience. They are still building this great place and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The views are amazing, each cable cart holds 10 persons, some of them have a glass floor. The ride takes approximately 8 minutes, once you get to the top, there is a restaurant where people can buy Non-Alc and Alc drinks, the views are extremely cool. We paid around $100 for a family of four, two adults and 2 kids. Foods and drink a total of $75.00. This place offers ADA accommodations. I would recommend to anyone visiting Idaho springs, CO.

The tour guide was nice and it was a detailed tour. Would recommend it and worth it for the 30 bucks. Got about 10$ worth of gold back with me lol which was nice. Be there on time. We were 3 mins late and were not allowed. But we were rebooked to later in the day and it worked with our schedule. Lots of construction going on now at their site, so plan to be there early and find parking.
