Visited with two families including kids and it was an amazing experience. We booked the cave tour and it exceeded all our expectations. Our guide was fantastic. She took her time explaining everything, from how the caves formed over millions of years to the smallest geological details in every chamber. She made it interesting for the adults and easy enough for the kids to follow along too. You could tell she genuinely loved what she does. The caves themselves are beautiful and unlike anything we’ve seen before. If you’re visiting Colorado Springs or Manitou Springs, don’t skip this one. Worth every penny.

Very fun place and lots of fun activities. Gift shop inside with good selection. We did the haunted ghost tour with the old school lanterns which was really cool, but I don't think they were bright enough for the type of terrain you walk on and having to watch your head. Caves are windy so the light went out multiple times. I'd only suggest a stronger light. Reagon was our tour guide and did great! She really knows how to pull you into a story and give you goosebumps. High highly recommend!!

The discovery tour was sensational! The tour guide Tracey was rich in history, information, and entertainment! About an hour long, you walk through narrow paths and climb stairs up and own to discover the creation of these 500 million year old caverns. The smell is of the most pure mineral scent of the Earth. An absolute must!!

Our family went on a whim to the cave of the mountains because we were looking for something else to do after we had explored garden of the gods. It was the best decision we could have made. Endlessly laughter and fun was had from all ages. Peyton and Sydney added an additional layer of fun with the Bat a pult and the terror-dactyl. If you are looking for family fun for all ages you need to head to cave of the winds mountain park, it was worth every penny we spent! Can’t wait to go back when the zip lines are open!
