It’s an option, that’s for sure. This is within the Gaylord Resort and Convention center and those are the prices you will pay. Pros: wraps and salads are fresh, real food. The salad is packed tight into the package. The pesto panini was flavorful. Cons: $14 pizza is just reheated. Water bottle is $4.50 Hacks: the coffee shop will give you free cup of iced water. The salad and a sandwich or wrap is a great split for two. They offer a monthly frappe special for $1.50 less

I typically don’t stop in these markets in any hotels or even airports because they are overpriced. Lo and behold this one is no different. A turkey and cheese sandwich was $9 and the pesto panini, which is only one sandwich, was $10. For a small bowl of cereal expect to pay $5 and for a 14 oz bottle of milk $4! Unfortunately it was the best option for me to grab a quick meal rather than ordering to my room. The sandwiches can be taken cold or toasted, however I will note the toasted is more luke warm than actually hot. They do have other grab and go snacks and desserts. They do sell Starbucks coffee but you cannot use any Starbucks gift cards which is a real bummer. It’s good if you’re in a pinch, but otherwise I would avoid this place for a meal if you can.

I’ve noticed some serious inconsistency at this location. Yesterday, I was told a venti cappuccino comes with 4 shots, but today they said it’s only 2 shots. If the price difference is just for more milk/foam, that doesn’t make sense — what’s the point of paying extra for a larger size if the coffee itself is weaker? On top of that, the Egg White Delight burrito has been hit or miss — perfectly fine one day, and then burnt with almost no filling the next. Consistency matters, especially when you’re paying premium prices. I really hope they address the quality control issues because it’s frustrating to not know what you’re going to get each time.

Decent spot that's open early and late. Selection is petty solid and you can do self check out for grab and go stuff. I kind of wish they had more than just a single tiny microwave though.
