Extended Stay America Suites- Denver - Airport

I've been to several other motels but extended stay on 38th and chambers is a total different vibe and conmfort! Staff is amazing! Ashley took immediate care of me getting me right in to a luxury style room after greeting me in with her very beautiful smile🥰 also s/o to kay she played a big part in getting me in and secure! Thank you girls!!!!

Have to say that the staff here are absolutely wonderful and are way friendlier than staff at other hotels such as the Hilton. It was an absolute pleasure to feel like a welcome special guest, and the vibe felt like family. The staff here work hard to make you feel like you're at home. Also, I was so thrilled to get a great deal. Perfect for those who want a functional, practical but not perfect room on a budget, especially for a long stay without housekeeping as housekeeping is 1x per 14 days, guests are responsible for their trash mostly. Wifi can be free but you can only have one device connected at a time per 24 hours for the free option according to the fact sheet, I only had 1 device so wifi was free and if you have more devices you probably can use your phone hotspot to provide wifi to your other devices. Room is minimal but clean, with full size fridge, microwave, sink, and 2 burners, smart tv, table/desk with 2 chairs, basic but comfortable enough bed/pillows, small hairdryer, AC, full size bathroom with tub, spot to hang clothes but maybe bring more hangers with you, plenty of storage space with 2 large drawers, 5 shelf spaces, 3 large cupboard spaces. Bathroom does not have much counter space so maybe bring an over the door hook/organizer. All appliances worked excellently despite being on the older side. I did not see a single bug despite a few other reviews mentioning. There is a small gym and a large laundry room. Location is very close to RTD trains which make it easy to access downtown Denver or the airport without being stuck in traffic, the location is next to a major highway but the traffic noise did not bother me. Some essentials you may want to bring with you is a small dish soap, sponge, laundry bag/soap, conditioner for hair. Front desk can provide small shampoo, hand/body soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/ silverware, pans, cutting board, colander, etc at no charge. Exchanging linens is a fee of about $2.

Stayed here for a month and let me tell y'all the best place all thanks to Autumn, she booked me quick and explained everything I needed to know about my stay. Thank you to her and the rest of the service associates. Great stay, highly recommend.

Unfortunately check in was tedious. I arrived early on a Monday morning and the front desk receptionist originally checked me in for a room on the second floor. When I went to swipe into that room, there was already someone in there so I had to go back down to get another room assignment. I was then assigned to a room on the third floor and after successfully getting into that room I thought I was in the clear. A few days later my bank account was charged a $250 fee. When I called into the hotel and asked what this fee was, I was told that there was evidence of smoking in my room I had originally been assigned on the second floor. There was no record of the room reassignment I had gotten to the third! The woman I spoke with at the front desk was very nice and said she would review footage for proof I didn't stay in the second floor room, but this situation shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I am currently waiting to find out how this situation plays out, and will update my review based on the final decision, but I can't see how something like this could even happen in the first place.
