Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road

I have stayed in many Homewood Suites across the country and this one was disappointing. There was mildew in the shower, the shower drain was broken and the plastic parts are partial missing and I stepped into the actual drain. There was hair in the floor and in the sink. The bed were clean but food crumbs in the floor as well. The service was great though with the desk service attendants being very courteous and attentive. Their breakfast was fantastic and coffee was superb. If the room had been better it would have been a perfect stay .

Great hotel, very clean with all the amenities. Leanne was working the front counter when I arrived quite a bit before check-in. She looked for free rooms and got me checked in early even though I was only asking to store my luggage. 5/5, highly recommend for stays in Denver!

Hotel and rooms are pretty good. The problem is the shuttle from the airport. How can I stay here if I can't get a ride back after my flight? After calling for a shuttle, we waited 45 MINUTES until finding alternative transportation to our vehicle in their lot. Called 3 or 4 times, each time we would told the vehicle was on its way, be there in 10-15 minutes. We finally arrived got there using an alternative shuttle, only to find this hotel's shuttle SITTING IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. In summary, nice place to stay but don't expect to park there during a trip without a major hassle getting back to your vehicle.

I really don't know who was working this morning but the guy was really disrespectful. Please he need costumer service help so disrespectful and mean to my fiance we are diamond members he just talk like he didn't sleep or didn't eat this morning. We move to another hotel and yes Sr. If you read this they cancel the stay and to somewhere more happy and friendly.
