I only went to this restaurant because the Thai restaurant across was closed. The restaurant is clean but the reception was cold. I don't expect a hearty welcome. But the get out of here vibe was felt. I felt rushed when I got a menu but was still gong to sit down to eat. That option was not something the staff member wanted as he automatically said, "To go?" and nothing more. Food simply doesn't taste right when you feel unwelcomed. I was given my order and told everything was in the bag only to find that I hadn't been given any utensils. The food didn't smell appetizing at this point. I had ordered the lettuce wraps and scooped in what I could while sitting in my car in the parking lot. I know I won't be back.

I found my NY Chinese food spot!!!!! NY style egg roll (even though if it was roasted pork inside it would be even better) and roasted pork fried rice. Any time I want Chinese food I'm going here. Good portions for what you pay too.

Many years ago when moving to Green Valley Ranch (2007), the food was not that great and admittedly neither was the service. Fast forward to 2025, I decided to try again, and I can tell you that the food is absolutely tremendous. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of Colorado. The hosts are great, the food is hot, fresh, and plenty of it. The costs are fair for what you get and if you live in Green Valley, the location cannot be beat.

It's okay. I had the scallion beef lunch and it was a decent plate of food. The beef was delicious, however, the fried rice and egg roll were lackluster at most. The temperature of the beef and rice were different, which indicated that the rice was prepared in large batches and left in a warmer. Same with the egg roll. The fried rice also lacked flavor--if it wasn't for the scallion beef, I'd probably be forced to add salt, pepper, and soy sauce to it. And let's be honest, that's a bad sign. I bet if the fried rice and egg roll was prepared at the same time with as much care to it as the entree, it would have been one solid meal. I'll give them another try when I'm in the area, but I'm certainly not eager to go anytime soon.
