CAVA

I ordered online, I was expecting a plenty of food but I got one little plate with 2 little lambs ball and the rest rice, I did not get such amount of the veggies I ordered. I also asked for utensils because there wasn’t any on my bag, thing that I had to mentioned, I did not get napkins either. Totally a bad service from the employees. Considering that I ordered ahead of time I was expecting a good service and good food. When I arrived there where not people on line which make my experience more undesirable. I was about to eat in Panera bread which is right next to CAVA but for some reason I started searching for the food and reviews at CAVA which have 4.4 stars compared with Panera bread and that makes my choice go for CAVA instead. My motto is: trust in your gut feelings.

Got their new Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl. Loved the flavors. They have a nice outdoor seating with plenty of parking. Very cleaning maintained. When I went this afternoon, they were out of arugula and pickled onions, otherwise highly recommended.

First time trying Cava with my co-workers. It was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A little messy but very delicious.

Kyla, Andrew and Matt provided me with a world class customer experience! The food was delicious and the interaction with them was awesome. It is great to feel welcomed and appreciated when you walk into a restaurant. Give them all raises because it is not common to be treated well and valued.
