I have not eaten here but I love Santo and I love Montadas. Viva montadas! Update: I felt deep shame in my unverified Santo review so I decided to try it. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. A great Colorado sendoff before a trip to Milwaukee where the only red chili you will find is on the Chili’s sign.

In the realm of all things DIA, was very pleasantly surprised with Santo. We had enchiladas and carnitas burrito; recommend New Mexican enchiladas between the two. Good sauce and flavor. The server was extremely friendly and had an amazing smile…

I bought a to go burrito to save time vs getting a fresh one done and sat in their sitting area. I paid $19.37 for that burrito. A rude server came to the table and wasn't happy witj me eating there. I felt unwelcome. The manager was nice/polite and voided the transaction. First and last time I try to eat at Santo.

What a nice surprise, quality mexican food and great service in an airport. I had a Carne Asada burrito inspired by a chef from New Mexico, Chips and Salsa mild and hot. What a nice break on this long delay.
