It was such a pleasure working with Octavio, he is very professional and has amazing communication. The tacos were hands down the best, so delicious, all my guests loved the food and had many good compliments on the service they received from Taqueria Imperial and loved the tacos. I would highly recommend to book Octavio for anyone looking for catering services. Exceptional food and service, we loved it so much, thank you so much! Taqueria imperial does not disappoint! I have used Taqueria Imperial twice now for catered work event events. I work with a lot of people who are difficult to please and can complain about basically anything. I have not heard a single bad thing about this food truck and I’ve been asked to use them multiple times which speaks volumes about the quality of their food and their service. Octavio is great to work with, good at communicating and is very responsive. I would recommend this truck to anyone who is looking for delicious tacos. The picture attached is the Al pastor, which was so good! Their salsas are delightful, and all of the tacos come plain so you can dress them exactly to your liking, which keeps it simple and is great when feeding a crowd!

We had them cater a graduation party and everything was perfect. The food was very good, the agua Fresca as well. My party loved it and they provided great service. Will definitely use them in the future. Price was also reasonable.

This meal is everything you'd want in authentic birria tacos—comforting, flavorful, and satisfying. Highly recommended for taco lovers!
