Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered food to be delivered through the tropical smoothie website therefore I have to go through them for any issues. They sent it out through doordash. It was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted tropical smoothie to ask for a refund or for it to be redelivered. They just told me its not their fault which I stated I understood but that I still needed it redelivered or refunded. They stated they never do refunds and that they could remake it for me to pick up later. I told them I could not do that as I was at work. They just kept repeating its not their fault and they dont do refunds nor could they redeliver it. Disappointed in the way this was handled. Will be disputing it with the bank.

My online order with the app was ready when I arrived (about 10 minutes). I got the chipotle chicken flatbread and it was very good, it had a good amount of chicken and sauce and the bacon was cooked well. I got the sunrise sunset sub orange juice for blueberries which is my favorite right now and it was also very good. The smoothie was blended very well and not too much ice.

Leaving a review from inside the store because the staff was so nice and friendly! We got great smoothies and a deal on a sandwich and will definitely be back. Very clean and all their fruits and things look nice and clean and organized and fresh!
