Made reservations for 6pm, was seated at 6:10. Not terrible, but could’ve been better. Service was not good and the appetizer took 20 minutes to come out. There was a table next to us that came 10 minutes after us, and received their appetizers first. When I brought it to my waitress attention, she said she would look into it, and came back with my chicken wraps. I have been seated for 56 minutes and still have not received my food. Maybe this is why I have not been here for two years. The food tasted good, but there is no reason to be waiting so long. Change spicy chicken and Kung pao chicken

Got here with the Family and we waited for 5 mins and no one came up and their was other bigger group waiting so then I check us in online website for a reservation and finally saw someone coming up and I told them I have a reservation at 6:30 and they sat us till 6:45 . The service was kinda slow but i don’t know if they were short staff but our waitress was awesome and we enjoyed the food we got. We order the chef fest . Omg that food can feed 2-3 people and it’s big portions too and we didn’t Finish our food and even got 2 dessert to go and it was very good! So try the chef fest!its worth it ! Sorry I didn’t get much pics of the food , I was so hungry last night and just ate . Next time I’ll do so

Great food as always. Service absolutely needs work, their waitress staff needs more training explaining the menu and the specials they had. Host was great and manager was great too. It was all on the waitress she seemed overwhelmed and kept forgetting things we ordered. Wished she had more help or training or both frankly. We ordered an extra appetizer and it arrived only after we requested it the 2nd time. The lemon drop we asked for took way too long to arrive and it was way too weak ( I think they might have forgotten to add the vodka) At the end we were held up for a while trying to figure out the correct amount on our ticket. Had to leave my friends behind to figure out the bill because I had other commitment to attend and they were making me late. Overall impression, go there early, be clear on your order and check and double check your ticket at the end.

Chang's used to be 5 star all across the board. I've been coming here for decades, including my wedding rehearsal dinner in the early 2000s. The food quality seems to be getting poorer. Less plump pieces of chicken. Extra breading to make up for less meat. Sauces are still great. Service this trip was fantastic. I love the atmosphere. Hoping that if they start offering higher caliber food, it'll return to its previous glory.
