Old Santa Fe

Huge amount of food for the price. I have a bad sensitivity to monosodium glutamate and they must use it in the majority of things they cook definitely in the green chili. I did go ahead and taste the other things, Chile relleno and fiesta enchiladas. The chili cheese fries had green chili on it so I couldn't eat them. All were okay not great. The dessert was very nice, cheese cake wrapped in a fried flour tortilla.

Ordered a very expensive meal from DoorDash overall the food was tasty. But we were missing several things and we were on holiday. We did not receive our à la cart beans, They did not send any utensils no napkins or any of the condiments for the Menudo, which as people know it’s very very expensive. I did take the time to call the restaurant to let them know of the things that were missing and just see if they could fix those things by sending them out or something and they were not helpful at all and they did not try to help the situation, then I had to turn to DoorDash even though it was not a DoorDash problem. If someone’s ordering, of course they need napkins. They need spoons to eat menudo. They need to eat the food. Your order is your delivering to a hotel. It’s crazy that they wouldn’t even do the smallest things that they know when people are delivering , my menudo not only that was only half full with no toppings. That was sad because I hadn’t been feeling good.

The food is good, but it’s soggy and falls about easily. The ordering - is ridiculous! I’ve ordered a few times from there for pick up, each time they had it wrong. Not just like missing something, like something completely different from what I ordered. If I ever order again I’ll have to be sure to check it in the restaurant before leaving with it. You should to. Should order too cause the food is tasty.

Terrible experience at Old Santa Fe. The service is absolutely horrible. The woman who is always attending customers is extremely rude and has no manners or basic customer service skills. Very disrespectful attitude and zero interest in treating people properly. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It doesn’t even deserve one star. I strongly recommend not coming here. There are many better places to eat in Denver. This place is not worth your time or money.
