The food was genuinely incredible — every dish was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The drinks were also excellent, truly some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. Our server was attentive and kind, and overall the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. However, we did run into a couple of disappointing issues. My mother-in-law received a completely different dish than the one she ordered. When we let the staff know, the gentleman who brought out the food (white hair) said he would speak with the manager, but we never received any follow-up or acknowledgment after that. Mistakes happen, and that’s understandable — but communication and resolution are really important, especially in a hospitality setting, and it felt overlooked. Additionally, the up-charges are noticeably steep. I understand rising costs and higher-quality ingredients, but at a certain point it would feel more transparent and fair to simply reflect those prices on the menu rather than adding multiple add-ons after the fact. I’d still recommend the restaurant based on the food, drinks, and overall experience — truly delicious — but hope to see better communication around order issues and more straightforward pricing moving forward. With just a bit more attention in those areas, this place could easily be exceptional.

The food came out impressively fast considering the level of craftsmanship, and it tasted amazing—my whole family loved it. We would definitely order from there again. The Italian cuisine was excellent. The service was delightful, and our server, Dakota, was wonderful. It was my daughter’s birthday, and when we ordered her dessert, Dakota brought the bill and kindly made the dessert complimentary, which was such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant itself was very elegant and upscale, with great music and a welcoming atmosphere. Aside from one emotional guest nearby, the overall vibe was very enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Luca.

Food and service is amazing! BUT we left with a bad taste in our mouths when we were asked to leave (pun intended). I totally understand they are a small establishment and they had several reservations. If when we were seated we were told this we would have understood. We had met up with friends we hadn’t seen in over a year and were a bit disappointed we had to cut the night short

Overall, an enjoyable enough experience. The service experience includes some freebies like focaccia and then another small desert cookie that were brought to the table, along with a splash of lamarca for each person when you sit down. I think this is to try and create goodwill before the rest of the experience sets in. I felt the portion sizes were quite strange. One in our group ordered chicken parm which was served atop a literal heap of pasta, and two others ordered pasta dishes which were both comically small for an Italian restaurant. The meatball appetizer (18$ for two small/medium sized meatballs, probably around 4 ounces each) was disappointing, the meatballs had a tough exterior which was covered by tomato sauce. I think they were quite overdone/overcooked. These items plus one full flute glass of Prosecco and one desert (party size was 3 people) and the total with mandatory 22% "happy people" fee and taxes was $210.82. Although the entrees were good I can't say I would recommend this place at this price point. Especially because everything is 22% more than menu price due to their mandatory "happy people fee". Then the server personally told us that it was not a tip, and if we wanted to tip it is shared by front of house staff. Sorry but I do not know who can go out to eat at an expensive already restaurant and then pay another 30-40% on top of that? Complete transparency here I had to eat again after leaving dinner due to the small portion sizes!
