I recently visited Syrup Cap Hill and it was even better than I had imagined. The decor is warm and inviting, not too loud, and has a great outdoor seating area. They have a huge menu with some amazing specials. I was all alone, so I decided to grab breakfast and coffee at the bar. I was greeted by Tyler, who was super friendly and helpful. He even took the time to recommend some of the menu items, even though they were busy. I went with the roasted pulled pork hash that Tyler suggested, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the pulled pork was savory. The cheese was melted to perfection with crispy edges. The potatoes were also crispy to my liking, and the pickled onions added a nice touch. The sauce was the cherry on top. I also grabbed the coconut French toast to go for my niece and nephew, and they absolutely loved it! They’re so excited to visit in person, and I’m not complaining. I highly recommend Syrup Cap Hill for breakfast, and I’m definitely going to try out their lunch before I leave town. Tyler was a pleasure to meet, and he definitely convinced me to come back. The menu and vibe of the place are just great.

The Kitchen Sink looked delish but was 80% tots and biscuit with minimal gravy, definitely will not get that again but my husband had the bfast burrito and said it was really good. The service was excellent. Parking sucks but that's pretty normal for Denver. The carmel apple mimosa was very tasty. The vegan pancakes were amazing as well. Overall, a great breakfast place.

Had a cute lil brunch today here. Overall, fab experience with some improvements. To start off with, the breakfast burger was out of this world. Definitely the highlight of the meal, the chorizo and beef patty with the bacon was delicious, and the egg was cooked to perfection. I am coming back solely for this burger. The Jalapeño popper omelette...struggled to follow the burger. It was very much a quick diner omelette, and was dryer than anticipated. It also didn't feel like the ingredients were incorporated as it cooked, more put in at 75% which left a burnt end on the omelette and the filling all in the center. It couldve also benefitted more from more filling as it felt like there was almost no Jalapeños or cheese and I found two mushrooms (an addon), although the pulled pork was tasty. Not my favorite by any means. Both also had tots and they served my ranch in a lil pour glass that the syrup comes in which was a vibe I guess, but definitely made it harder to dip them in. The setting overall is very cute, giving that modern farmhouse aesthetic. The tables were well spaced and did not feel crowded, and tha bathrooms were well cleaned and maintained and had the cute foam dispensers for soap. They do work off shared tips amongst the waitstaff and it did feel like the service was a bit backed up (it was packed though) and they got that food out extremely quick, like I blinked and it appeared right after getting it in. They were also quick to seat and were all very pleasant. The list of syrups look great and I would've gotten a pancake or two if I hadn't filled up, so definitely gotta come back to try them (syrup flight maybe 👀👀👀), and the mixed beverages seemed fab, although charging more for a cocktail vs an alcoholic beverage like the mimosa was diabolical no shade.
