The perfect place to have a wonderful Birthday dinner. I have severe allergies and our waiter Adam made sure along with his manager and Chef that everything I ate was safe. The food was wonderful and tasty. I had a Mocktail that was the best I have ever tasted. Thank you for making the night special.

Wow! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Our server, Gwen, was OUTSTANDING! She was extremely helpful, timely, and attentive. Our experience was unmatched.

Our favorite restaurant in Denver. We love the artichokes, Osaka pressed roll, deviled eggs, veggie burger, kale salad and trout and always order a combination of these dishes. The food and service are super consistent and the atmosphere is really lovely, it’s a beautiful restaurant.

First time at Hillstone Denver and it was a great experience! I had the steak and my wife went with the fried chicken sandwich — both were excellent. We also tried the seasonal artichoke appetizer, and honestly, it might be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to go back!
