The Jacquard, Autograph Collection

Really enjoyed my stay at The Jacquard. The location in Cherry Creek is top notch—walkable to great shops and restaurants and just a really nice area to base yourself in Denver. Service throughout was excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, water pressure was strong, and the bath products smelled so good I almost looked up the brand to order them. Small details, but they matter. Only minor issue: I could not get the Nespresso machine to cooperate. I’m sure it was user error… but still frustrating when you need that first cup. Overall, great stay and I’ll definitely be back.

We recently held our Wed Society Book of Weddings event at the Jacquard and I can't say enough about the hotel and the team who supports events. It was simply stunning! The Jacquard is in a great location, large event spaces, stylish rooms and an unbeatable rooftop bar & pool with the most incredible views of the Front Range. Our event went off beautifully. I would highly recommend hosting your wedding weekend here especially if you are looking for a glamorous experience!

3 stars, Primarily due to the lack of friendliness and the cost relative to the level of service. There is significant construction happening around the hotel, but the rooms themselves are nice and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the beds are very cozy. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not welcoming and did not thank us for our stay. It seemed much of the attention was focused on Valentine’s Day guests, which left us feeling overlooked. The bar area is stylish and the drinks were decent, though the bar staff were not especially friendly, which is consistent with other reviews. At 4 a.m., the staff member at the desk appeared bothered when assisting us with retrieving our bags from storage, despite the hotel being quiet at that hour. With parking and additional fees, the overall cost feels high for the experience provided.

This is such a beautiful hotel. The food is beyond amazing! They give you a credit for meals and drinks, the staff are really nice as well. If you like the Cherry creek mall.. it's walking distance. The pool/ hot tub on the room is gorgeous I'm with an amazing city view. Our room unfortunately faced a few peoples apartments but overall .. one the best places I have stayed at!
