Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

I’m usually a starbucks girl but I saw the EBar had such a short line and i decided to try it out. thankfully April greeted me and had some delicious recommendations! The seasonal strawberries and cream was super delicious. Small place but super organized with lots of different options to choose from! Such a vibe will come again :D

i stop by this place often when shopping & i always appreciate April’s welcoming and bright personality. she’s so sweet & friendly! I’ve started asking her to surprise me with my drink order & I’ve never been disappointed

The cashier made me feel very uncomfortable. They made several comments about my clothing, way of speaking, etc. that made me feel extremely awkward, self-conscious, embarrassed, etc. I think the individual had some sort of social deficit, but one would imagine they would consider using this person’s skills in a non-customer-facing role.

I come here every weekend and the girl Michelle (with the black hair) is always so nice and helpful. She makes sure my drink is ready promptly and its a complicated order and she always gets it right.
