Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

Holy moly! Best breakfast I've had in a loooong time! Found this place on a top places to visit in Denver website, was pretty close and had stuff on the menu that catered to my wife's dietary restrictions. My man Connor was our host, he was amazing, very friendly and with great suggesyions. The whole staff was great actually. I had the duo Bennie plate with the ham Benedict III and chile Verde and the wife had the garden harvest omlette. Had a side of 1 pancake (pineapple upside down). Everything was perfect. Will go again tomorrow morning. Very highly recommended! Edit: second time around, just as good! Tried different stuff and were impressed by everything on offer. I'd give em 10 stars if I could.

Came in on Presidents Day. There was a 15-25 minute wait, but it went fast because there was coffee and corn hole available while we wait. Host personally came out to retrieve us for our ready table and our server was so nice. She gave me the opportunity to try the new menu item first before ordering. It was whipped cottage cheese with crispy chick peas, suntried tomatoes, roasted carrots and some lemon zest. Very tasty. Everyone was very pleasant.

Great food and great customer service from Ally! The price is great for the portions. For a Monday morning around 11 is was busier than I expected but I was seated as soon as I got there and the food came right out. I enjoyed the flight of pancakes, strawberry shortcake (with oat crumble) and pineapple upside down cake were my favorites. I love all things pumpkin but the pumpkin pancake was just ok. I think the syrup they drizzled it with wasn’t very complimentary. But the candied pecans were a great added texture. Their salsa was a great addition to my eggs. I enjoyed the music as well!

Absolutely delicious breakfast joint. Food was cooked perfectly. Their hot sauce selection is plentiful (Not the typical “throw some cholula on it”). Coffee was great. Pancakes were soft and fluffy. And arguably the most important part, the service. Great attitude, willing to explain, and attentive. Thank you Ms. Allison.
