Enzo's on Colfax

I hadn’t been to this place in about a year and a half because it wasn’t great before, but wow—what an upgrade! I was a little confused at first if Enzo’s on Colfax was the same as Enzo’s End, and turns out, it is the same building, but under new ownership and a new name: Enzo’s on Colfax! The new team has totally turned things around—new pizza recipe, accepts credit cards, and it’s clean and inviting inside. The pizza itself was a standout. The pizza is Roman-style, and even as a die-hard New York thin crust fan, I loved it. We tried the Il Ortaggio with and without prosciutto (I don’t eat meat). The crust was airy, crunchy, and golden, and the toppings were incredibly fresh. The gooey cheese was light and cloudlike, perfectly complementing the crisp crust.🤤🤤🤤 We also ordered a Caesar salad, which was great—fresh ingredients, crisp romaine, and the perfect balance of dressing. Bob greeted us right away and his warmth made the experience even better. You can tell he’s really putting effort into rebuilding the reputation after the old Enzo’s End. Based on my experience, he’s doing a great job. Overall, Enzo’s on Colfax is a fantastic new addition to the Colfax neighborhood! The pizza was excellent—fresh, hot, and flavorful—and I’ll definitely be coming back. A great turnaround and a welcome addition alongside other local favorites like Lula Rose Coffee. Definitely recommend stopping in (or ordering delivery)!

Had a family birthday party here and we were able to sit immediately and got served some AMAZING pizza!! The kiddos didn’t give us a chance to take pics of two pizzas because they gobbled em up so fast. Great atmosphere, great service, great great pizza! Flavorful, hot, cheesy, fluffy and crunchy in all the right places. Well well done! There’s a bar next door with a pool table and drinks - the spaces connect inside and you can amble back and forth. All around, fantastic!!! Highly recommend!

Everything tasted high quality and made with care. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re craving great pizza. Highly recommend! 🍕🥗🔥
