Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

I stopped into Snooze A.M. Eatery while I was pressed for time, and wow ..... they completely delivered. I asked if they could customize my order to reduce the carbs from the original menu offering, and they didn’t hesitate. Not only were they accommodating, but the modified dish did not disappoint. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and still felt indulgent without the carb overload. The service was genuinely amazing .... attentive, efficient, and kind (which matters even more when you’re in a rush). I also had no idea Snooze was a chain, because it felt personal and high quality, not cookie-cutter at all. If you’re looking for a breakfast spot that’s flexible, delicious, and backed by great service .... this is it. I’ll absolutely be back. 🥞✨

Snooze is a must on every trip to CO. We’ve been to two different Denver locations, Boulder and even Tempe AZ. This one is top tier. Smaller than most but no wait. Food as delicious as ever. Love the burrito, the tacos were really good, and the pancakes are absurd as always lol. Great coffee and smoothies. The service was warm, friendly, fast and efficient. This is a location I would repeat for sure.

Grrat location, outstanding service. Our server was very attentive. Food came out delicious, their new greens smoothie was very good, loaded with 29g of protein. Pancackes were very flavorful. The entire establishment was pretty spotless and restrooms were clean!

We stopped in here for breakfast and my wife and I split the Ham Benny…it was delicious. The hash brown was just ok, but I’m also not really a hash brown guy so don’t read too much into that. Our friends got sausage gravy and biscuits and pancakes and both thought they were great.
