My boyfriend and I were craving a Chicago style pizza and found this place online after doing extensive research. We live in the Springs but we’re both from Chicago originally (NW Side) and thought Da Sauce pizza was super authentic. Next time we’ll be trying the sausage pizza with green peppers and onion. The owner was also exceptionally nice and we had a great convo. Overall we would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice Chicago tavern style pizza.

Just not good. Super expensive but just not good. Sandwich doesn't even come cut. The beef has no color or flavor to it. Pizza is okay i guess but why is it $30?.... so many better options. Would have rather had canes late night instead of this, will not return.

I give it 5 stars because its all made from scratch yet it has that Chicago pizza taste, I recommend owner have carryout family specials starting at $20 because $29.74 may be a bit much for a large mushroom pizza for most ppl and it gives you a way to sell more items! Has Vitners chips from Chicago! Pool table! Indoor/outdoor dining! Bar!

I’m originally from Chicago, and we’ve been on this mission to find a legit pizza spot in Denver. Honestly, every place we tried before this has failed… until we found The Sauce. This is hands-down the best Chicago-style pizza and Italian beef we’ve had since moving here. It literally reminds us of home. The owner is super friendly and clearly cares about what he’s serving. He even told us he makes his own Italian sausage, which is amazing — you can taste the quality. And the Italian beef? Better than the usual chains back in Chicago. That’s saying a lot. If you’re craving real Chicago flavors, this place is it. Highly, highly recommend.
