Well worth the 15-minute walk from our hotel! The interior has a warm, vintage charm that makes you want to stay awhile. The cocktails were strong and expertly crafted, and the pizza was the perfect complement. A must-visit whether you’re a local or just passing through Denver.

Cool vibe, great food, solid cocktails and beers. Can you really ask for more? Well apparently you can, because at Little Johnny B's you also have happy hour every night! Yep. And it doesn't disappoint. Bottom line, come here for the food and drinks, stay for the decor, service and vibe (yes that also play great tunes while you're there). OK so food. Pizza phenomenal, I went we with pepperoni, it was awesome, I gotta come back for the white with prosciutto. Speaking of prosciutto, gotta get the salt and vinegar chips perfectly salted and vinegar'd crunch topped with olive oil and prosciutto. Never thought I'd have something like that... In short, it's great! Also got the chicken thighs, don't be mistaken, they got your protein covered. Oh and the Margarita was excellent, you know how often they make them too sweet, no not here, perfectly citrus forward and tart... Perfection! Come and enjoy. Photos included.

First time here and it was 10/10. Walked in and ordered food with the gentleman at the counter. Can’t remember his name, but he was very friendly and went through the menu with us. We asked for recommendations of things to do in and around Denver, and his coworker Cheyenne sparked up and was more than happy to help. She gave us a great big list of things to do, restaurants to try, bars and dives, etc… thank you both! Our appetizers of seasoned pickled veg and the seasonal salad came out within minutes of ordering. Pickled veg wasn’t our favorite, but if you like some tang then they’re right up your alley. The salad was great! It had a unique combination of flavors between the hazelnuts, squash, and cranberries! Pizza was perfectly cooked, flavorful, hot, and delicious. Will come back next time in CO for sure!

Little Johnny B’s (inside Urban Cowboy) is a Denver must. No reservations — just order at the counter — and every bite is worth it. I had the Johnny’s Special (an unreal pepperoni pie with caramelized onions), the Summer Pie (fresh, spicy, and different in the best way), the skin-on chicken thighs (crispy, juicy, with hazelnut Romesco), and finished with the S’mores Budino (heaven in a cup). The food was outstanding across the board, but the Johnny’s Special is one of the best pepperoni pizzas I’ve ever had. Pair it with a cocktail from the bar and you’re set. If you love pizza (or just great food in general), this place is essential.
