Sought this place out for their French onion soup after a craving - it did not disappoint. It was quite delicious and you could come just for that. Additionally, the pate was really enjoyable with some of the best bread I’ve had. Oysters “escargot” were fine, but I do prefer regular raw oysters. We also shared mussels and fries and they were very good. The broth for the mussels was very rich and flavorful. Their solo for the fries was also really good. Wasn’t impressed overall with the cocktails, they were fine. Had a few extended periods of having trouble getting our servers attention, but nothing major. Also enjoyed some good people watching! Definitely check this place out if you’re in Denver and have a French food craving, especially for French onion soup.

“Mid” doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. The $42 steak and frites came out tough, impossible to chew, and tasting only of blood instead of medium rare, the $37 striped bass had no flavor beyond capers, and the cocktail was indistinguishable from plain orange juice. The only decent part was the red house wine, and they didn’t have to make that. I left genuinely confused about how this place earned its Michelin star, especially given the high prices and surprisingly casual, disjointed staff presentation.

This place is dope. We have been here twice now before and after the MICHELIN star! Their menu is simple and doesn't overwhelm you. The dishes are exceptional and is beyond perfection. We got brunch recently and the Pate was DELICIOUS!! Our server was great with wonderful recommendations. This spot is very minimalist and does the job. We will certainly come back :)

20/10 experience. Our server was amazing and gave great recommendations. Every dish, every cocktail, and even the house wine was a level of quality that you don’t normally get and it was so refreshing. The menu was the perfect size with a good balance of unique & traditional dishes. For apps We got the French onion soup, pate, and the Brussels sprouts which all surprised us with how good they were. The main course we had steak and duck WOW! Cooked to perfection with unique flavors. The restaurant is on the pricier side, but worth every penny in my opinion.
