What a fun unique restaurant with an excellent chef and staff. We went as part of the Tasting Collective dinner group where the chef speaks to the group and answers questions. It was great. The place is adorable. It’s small but has so much character. We loved hearing the chef story and history of his food inspiration coming from his Ukrainian grandmother. All of the dishes had amazing flavors and were beautifully presented. Definitely worth coming to this restaurant!

Happy to finally eat at this little gem of a restaurant. I've heard plenty of great reviews from friends and they all proved true. This is possibly the smallest restaurant I've eaten at, with 2 chefs in the kitchen, 1 server, and 1 bartender. There are barely 30 seats in the space, and I think it's impressive they fit even that many. The atmosphere is very cozy, but the seating is definitely tight. The menu isn't large, but there are plenty of options and the portions are pretty filling, especially with the type of hearty food they serve. The bread and butter are delicious. As a cabbage enjoyer, the mushroom holubtsi was my favorite small bite dish, but I definitely want to try the trout dip next time I visit. Borscht isn't my favorite because I don't usually like beets, but the short rib makes it a very savory dish that I wanted to drink from the bowl. The pork was so tender and fell off the bone easily, becoming a smoky pulled pork dish that I want to eat again. I do wish we had ordered the rabbit over the fish, but the fish was still very tasty. I hope this place continues to get support through the construction, especially since it took over To the Wind Bistro's former spot. This place is the perfect date night spot for comfort food or if you just want a quick meal at their cozy bar.

Let me start by saying… you’re gonna look at the drink menu and may think “eh” do not let that fool you. Get the Molotov cocktail immediately. It tastes so creamy and comforting, and the presentation is insane, it comes out on fire 🔥 The Black Forest Baba cocktail is giving earthy, savory, elevated V8 cocktail (trust me) weird description, incredible execution. Food Wise: - short rib borscht = perfect starter - ukha fish = NONNEGOTIABLE. One of the best fish dishes i’ve ever had, cooked perfectly. - roast pork shank was just okay, a little over-salted and super rich, still tasty but not the star

WOW. I have no idea why I’ve never been before but I’ll be back. This place blew me away. Every drink, food and custom vodka was perfect. I mean 10/10. It’s better than the Michelin star spots in Denver. It’s intimate, packed full of personality and authenticity. The staff is incredible as well. Grab a reservation and experience this must try spot.
