Great park! I camped out there for a couple of weeks in the mid 90’s when I was saving up for an apartment. No hassle. The neighborhood seems to have changed since then.

Another beautiful park and playground for children to play and have fun. There is only one kiddie sized playground slide set but I could see older kids taking advantage of it. My children enjoyed it. My twins are three years old and they loved it. My older three are nine, eight, and seven years old. This park has a basketball court, open grassy areas, a softball field and more. There is also a porta potty. A nice sized tree to climb. Shady trees provide some relief from the sun. The Denver metro area has a ton of parks and playgrounds to enjoy. We're gonna visit as many as we can. Having children is a beautiful experience.

The location of this park is very close to where I live which makes it quite convenient for me personally, especially for walking my dog. If I was the parent of a young child having this park nearby would be even more awesome as it has a very nice playground. During the summer months there is a porta potty but the rest of the year that is not provided. There is a good number of older deciduous trees providing nice little areas of shade in which to picnic or relax. A small Park taking up only one square block and with on-street parking available. Frequently I see a group of dog owners that come together to let their dogs play, although there is not an official dog park or fenced-in area. Denver being a city of many parks, some being quite splendid, this park can really only be rated in the average spectrum. But I can say that it is definitely valued by those who live nearby, myself included. There are residential homes on all four sides of this park and that gives me a secure and safe feeling while I am there.
