This park is awesome!! It starts at the ram and integrates itself in nature to the south west. There are swings, climbing things, slides, water fall, small stream, wooden carved benches, beautiful art, fun paths... so pretty!! Pros: beautiful, not crowded, lots of different things to do. Cons: not super wheelchair or stroller friendly, you can't sit in one spot and see the whole park.

This is such a beautiful, sweet playground and nature walk/nature exploration. Swings, slides, climbing structures, natural bridges, walking paths, ephemeral streams, shade trees and pollinator gardens. It is so peaceful, and right next to the science museum and beautiful background of the lake, city, and mountains. A perfect free play place in downtown Denver.

Slides, swings, climbing structures, sand box. No playing in the water. Also, a very thin crevasse seems like a great place for a kid to get caught and drown. No access to restrooms. No close by parking, it's on the far side of the museum. The more often we come here the more we realize how little thought was put into the logistics of it. No climbing on the rocks. Why put rocks out then? And they're putting in rope fences everywhere, so you can't actually play in the nature.

This is a wonderfully designed natural playground! There are rocks, swings, benches and slides to climb and hop around. Bilingual panels dot the landscape describing some of what you see and how it came to be. A streamlet runs down from the Denver Museum of Nature & Science through what was once a dark, forgotten area into an adventurer’s cove with a sand pit and stepped space, like an intimate amphitheater. There are plenty of paths and bridges and uniquely carved benches to relax on and explore. It’s magical at twilight with the tiny twinkling stream stretching far and away.
