We are visiting from out of town. I stopped by here just because I liked the name of the place. It’s a cute little space with very interesting menu. I got a strawberry Matcha, which was phenomenal. I have to say my favorite thing about this place was the miniature cafe on the counter top. My daughter was so excited about it. The staff didn’t appear to match with her energy or seem welcoming to kids. Other than that, I would recommend this place for yummy coffee.

Brilliant. Superbly Brilliant. Ok. I'll calm down now. But I don't want a tame review to minimize the quality of the coffee here. The cortado was absolutely delightful. The espresso was the smoothest I'd had in a long time. Low acidity, no bitterness. It was just smooth. Almost like the milk was espresso flavored, rather than added to coffee, but in a good way. bright notes and vibrant! 10/10 would recommend. The space is chill. Small, but easy to hang out for a while. Not too cramped either. I spent over an hour there and have no regrets!

Came for a quick coffee grab after the airport. Small space and only 2 people are working, so the service is pretty slow. And the space isn’t very big so it’s not like a place where you’re gonna come and find a lot of seating. That being said, the coffee is really really good! So if you’re coming in to just grab a cup or whatever, this is a great place to come. Also, they will let you bring in your own cup, which is really nice.

I was in Denver during the Summer and stayed at the connected hotel. When we got to the hotel and saw that we were over a coffee shop, I just had to look at the menu and boy was I impressed! I love matchas and knew Denver had to be coming hard with the creative drinks but Carbon really surprised me! The next morning I went down and asked Angel what her 4 favorite matchas were since I couldn't decide. She recommened the Taro Matcha, Banana Cream Matcha, Strawberry Matcha, and the Coconut Pandan Matcha (all with oatmilk) and they were all sooo buss guys, I can't stress this enough. The next day, of course we went back and I was undecided again - at this point I just wanted to try as much as possible - so I ordered the Kinako Hojicha latte with oatmilk and a cinnamon coffee cake. It was my first time trying Hojicha so I didn't know what to expect but it was so warm feeling and tasted like toasted black sesame seeds. It was amazing and the coffee cake was nice and fresh as well. On my last day, I had the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha with oatmilk. I never thought to add mango syrup to my matcha but I think I just might start. Carbon had such amazing customer service and everything I tried was 10/10. I live in Oklahoma where there aren't many coffee shops on this caliber, so I'm missing it more than you could imagine! I plan on making some syrups and maybe recreating a few matcha at home but nothing has beaten Carbon coffee! I think about these drinks everyday, please come to Oklahoma🥲
