Peaky Peak Coffee lives up to the hype! I stopped in on a Thursday morning to log some work hours and treat myself to a coffee flight. ☕ The Coffee Flight ($16) The flights are fully customizable (choose 4 from a rotating list of regular and seasonal options). I built mine with three regulars and one seasonal: The Highlights: The Taro/Ube was absolutely amazing, and both the Pistachio and Egg Tiramisu were incredibly good. Bonus points for premade cold foams that aren't overly sweet! The Critiques: The seasonal Coconut was my least favorite (lacked flavor and had a strange aftertaste), and the cups were a bit heavy on the ice. Still, it didn't ruin the experience. 💻 The Work Vibe The daytime ambiance is wonderful and very laid-back. It's a stellar remote work option with: Good Wi-Fi & plenty of outlets Ample indoor & outdoor seating Note: It’s peaceful early on, but gets pretty busy by 11:30 AM. Bonus: They source their pastries from La Belle Bakery! I didn't grab one this round, but it’s a selling point. Next time I also plan to try out the charcuterie options!

The shrimp toast & matcha are EXCELLENT. Crispy, hot, flavorful and great portions. The space is clean, aesthetic and lots of places to get comfy and locked into work. I love the coffee and charcuterie concept, it’s part cafe, part restaurant. The owners are lovely, warm, down to earth people who love what they do and are so intentional on variety and QUALITY in everything they touch. They were sharing all the recipes they are testing for their customers and how they hunted for the best matcha to source. Love this place!!!

Peaky Peak is genuinely my favorite coffee shop right now. Not only is it a much-needed small-business coffee shop in a neighborhood that is lacking anything like it, it is also so delicious that I crave walking there to grab a Vietnamese coffee almost every day. It is just a short jaunt down from Lincoln Station, so even if you are waiting for a train (or you missed your train), you can get a drink or a pastry to go. I lived for a long time in Europe, and I really missed walking to the cafe to grab my cappuccino and croissant. Now, I can gain because this lovely shop opened up. All of their drinks are crafted beautifully with great ingredients, and you can taste the quality. The seasonal cold/fruit drinks are also made in-house and are so delicious! Q, the owner, is a great, community-minded man who runs his coffee shop with passion and pride, you can tell. He makes a point to ask about your family, your day, and make your visit special. Finally, the outdoor seating is pleasant and wonderfully shaded by large, beautiful trees. It is my favorite spot to sit in the dappled shade and write on my laptop or catch up with friends. I cannot recommend this cafe more.

My friend and I got old fashioneds which we enjoyed and were a fair price, since it was later and we didn’t want to do caffeine. I wish this place had been here back when I lived nearby! It doesn’t have much parking around there but going later in the evening did ensure that we both found some parking. I hope to come again soon and try a flight or some of the food.
