How this is written: we run the full set of recent Google reviews through AI to pull out what guests consistently say — including the complaints, which is why there's a downsides list rather than only the good bits. It's rewritten as new reviews come in, so it describes the hotel as it is now, not as it was whenever someone last got round to writing a paragraph about it. Read the reviews yourself on Google Maps.

Overall, it feels like this hotel is trying to cater to travelers who do not want or plan to stay in the hotel for much of their stays. Room experience: The rooms with one king bed are set up awkwardly so that you have to turn your head or lay on your side to see the TV while in bed. If two people are staying in a king room, one person doesn’t have a bedside charger. The couch has a built-in charger, inconveniently located relative to the TV and the reading lamp. Staff: Perfectly pleasant experiences with front desk staff. Event staff were amazing! Food/Drinks: There is a bar ($) staffed by a single employee for breakfast pastries, coffee, and alcoholic drinks. We went elsewhere for breakfast and coffee. The local DoorDash beat seems to be covered by 1-2 Dashers familiar with the hotel. Highlights: The actual courtyard (is this an OG Courtyard location?), card entry at all doors, Top Golf Room, and new furniture. Not dealbreakers, but not a fan of: The spotty AT&T service, mini-fridges without a freezer compartment, no coin machine for the laundry (you have to ask the front desk), and the tiny trash cans/recycling cans.

Summary: BED bugs and larvae all over the beds! Staff vacuum them up and called us liars. And charged us for early check out!!!! Came here couple months ago for a wedding. Check in into two room, and went to bed. After some friend got in at 1am, we let them into their room, I reserved and we went back to bed. I woke up 2 hours later from the girls in The other room calling us. They had red spots alll and itching all over them and they decided to check the beds. There were bed bugs everywhere. I checked the beds in my room and we also had bed bugs. We quickly packed up everything and went to the lobby. We requested to be walked to a new hotel. They refused! They sent us to the la Quinta (also disgusting) but we didn’t have many options due to it being 3am. Next morning we realized one of the girls had left her wallet we just went straight to the room to see if they were open so we didn’t have to go to the front desk again. However, when we got up there there was a vacuum in each room, and both doors were open and the bedding was on the floor. ALL THE BED BUGS WERE VACUUMED UP!!! Next day, they charged the card for early check out and recharged for all the rooms ( 2 rooms 3 nights). They told us there was no signs of bed bugs and we were over reacting. We had pictures of all the red spots on three of the girls arms as well as the bed bugs on the mattress.

Booked through Priceline and room information was misleading. Rooms do have balconies, however you can’t access them. Facility staff was friendly and professional. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Hotel also have Top Golf Room.

Misleading photos, there is no pool. The Top Golf room was closed and not accessible. The breakfast, which was additional cost was a Starbucks and was not fully covered. Over priced for sure.
