I stayed here over the memorial day weekend and my stay was great. The staff here is great and the suites here are set up nicely. The establishment is kept clean and does have nice pool, a kiddy pool and a hot tub. It also does have a fitness room and a decent breakfast with several choices to choose from. Miss Blanca definetly made our stay much better and was caring and accommodating for any needs related to our stay. I would definitely recommend for any family or anyone visiting the area to consider staying here.

We have stayed here several of times in the past. They are not just affordable but love the property. The indoor pool and hot tube to the rooms and the feeling of home away from home. Delicious free breakfast in the morning with a huge dining room and sitting area by the fire. I will say there is a down sides to management charges. The hotel has their own parking lot and for guest they charge $10 a night for parking. I would 5 ⭐️ for service but I didn’t because they they used to never have charge for parking and now they do. It may be for the convince of now having charging stations for electric vehicles or just their perk of making more money. Either way, Our current stay was supposed to be two nights and we made it into a 4 night get away. Staff is so sweet and house housekeeping is great. There is great accessibility to the highway and bus/ tram station is even walkable for those heading downtown and not wanting to hassle the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic. Gas stations next door, a BBQ restaurant just 3 min walking distance. There’s a lot of occasions close by places to enjoy a bite to eat even shopping. If I was you I would definitely make this location your Home Away From Home!!

Upon checking in everything was amazing! My room was very torn down the caulking behind the toilet was completely detached there were cracks in the base of the bath tub and no water stopper I used a towel between my skin and the base of the tub so that I did not scratch my skin while taking a bath. At one point there was a transsexual wearing a super short skirt thigh high black boots and pretty much nothing on the top....or bottom smoking cigarettes at entrance #3 only one of the washers worked. I informed Blanca that I had a 6lb 17 year old chihuahua. I handed her $25.00 cash as she took it she said after I pay for 3 days ($75.00) I will not have to pay again. My dog has all registered papers as an ESA through the state of Colorado. I did have an issue of getting to the front desk to check out by 11am and re check in I still can not wrap my head around why I needed to check out then check back in when my card was on file, I was late to the desk past 11am. The very professional woman named Paige moved me rooms next door to a much nicer room, bless her heart! The icing on the cake is that the gentlemen, I can't remember his name went into my room went through my belongings including my personal papers coming to the front desk (while I was waiting to pay) screaming at me telling me that I was dealing drugs, I was a hooker, that I had a dog in my room that I was smoking in the room I DO NOT SMOKE! I had 3 people in my room over a 5 day span and they were looking after me because I am a survivor of abuse and was staying there to be safe. The house keeping staff helped me gather my belongings and took pictures that there was absolutely no foul play going on. Lastly, the area seems amazing I was a server an exit away at a very upscale restaurant for many years. There are homeless with tents and an abundance of RATS BEHIND THE BUILDING. I would literally see 10 while walking my dog.

I came for 3 nights and got a bangin’ deal on Expedia. First room we had the sink drain did not drain, the plunger wouldn’t come up and there was snot on the wall. We got a new room and the shower starts to fill/won’t drain after a few minutes but no boogers 😀 The front desk was very sweet and accommodating, apologizing for the experience. Heard someone complain about smoke smell but personally I didn’t smell anything. Elevators are sketchy, though. Sometimes you hear people running down the hall above you, but not too loud. Breakfast is meh, not a ton of options but waffles, oranges, the typical juice machine, oatmeal (cinnamon, apple spice, brown sugar, and original), and cereal cinnamon toast, bran, and lucky charms). There were “EGGS” and sausage patties. I’ve never had eggs like these.. almost like they were powdered.. they melted in your mouth and are just the wrong consistency. I don’t know what they are.. but not real eggs. Someone got broken into the first night we were here , I overheard the front desk talk about it, but I’d just park near the building by cameras. Overall, not horrible but next time I’d probably just spring $25 bucks more a day and get a Hilton or something. You can walk to Target and QT, so that’s nice, and there’s a few resteraunts nearby if you’re okay with the crosslight
