Stayed here recently for 2 days, and a few times in the past. The rooms are really nice, and very reasonably priced, but their WiFi never works (it shows connected, but no Internet access) and nobody ever seems to know why, or what could be done about it. This was a big issue for me personally, because of work related reasons, so I had to get a room elsewhere after a couple of days. Which I didn't want to do, because I really like their rooms (and their bathrooms 🚿🌸), and the staff is nice. The phone in my room didn't work (could've been just that room), and their laundry-mat doesn't take cash or coins, only debit/credit cards.

The girl who checked me was amazing and very friendly, the gentleman for the evening seemed more interested in his phone, and the gentleman in the morning was professional. The young lady doing the breakfast bar was amazing and very sweet. The hallway on the 4th floor smelt strongly of pot, I personally don't care if people smoke but folks need to be considerate with those who have an allergy to smoke (on top of that there were no smoking signs, so I don't understand why you wouldn't go outside to smoke.) Last thing was the fridge in the room I was in froze over in the back so my items never cooled/stayed cold so I had to throw some items away.

I am a La Quinta fan from way back. This one has a decent location, and a great staff. Because it's outside Denver proper, their rates are decent. There are all sorts of food places near by, (less than a mile) from the hotel. While a decent value, the property has seen better days. The carpet shows signs of obvious wear, but the rooms are beautifully kept by the staff. There is an outdoor pool, but it's only available in summer. And there is a fitness and business center. There is a light breakfast available in the morning, I think seven to ten. There is a waffle maker, if you are Jonesing for one. The coffee is reasonable, but not gourmet. I have enjoyed my stay, and while they seem to fill up, but the place seems quiet. They also allow dogs, but there may be a surcharge. ( Call and check.) All in all, a decent value.

The room and hotel were clean. I noticed a security guard keeping the location safe and cameras around. My only complaint was the mattress, the coils were coming through and not comfortable.
