Horrible experience even under new management. The meat was extremely fatty and not edible. Showed up right when the location opened and it took over a half hour to get our to go order. I observed a couple different individuals waiting to be seated with nobody to help them in another individual waiting for his meal that had showed up for me and still hadn’t had it when I left. We definitely will not be going back.

Came before the dinner rush. Service was amazing. The store itself is gorgeous and homey. The food came out fast, nice and hot, incredibly flavorful and very filling. Service is top notch. Karen was fantastic! Super funny, friendly and hard working. The prices were also pretty decent! Definitely recommend and will come back (mostly for Karen :) )

Missing multiple parts of orders, repeat requests, finally gave up. The wings where good. Brisket was not. Cornbread was very good otherwise mac and cheese was mediocre. No one at the table was impressed with their food other than the corn bread. Staff was really nice they just couldn't remember more than one request. Multiple items missing. Kept fixing one at a time and forgetting about the rest. I wouldnt care that much but some of it was expensive and the main not just a side. It makes me sad to post a review like this for the staff really not being rude at all. Just a really sad dinner for the price.

Famous Dave’s handled the catering of our family reunion July 26, 2025. Excellent coordination and customer service with Kayla during planning and pre-event. On the day, Karen arrived right on schedule and handled the delivery of all the food, as well as the setup. Great tasting pork, chicken and brisket, plus sides of mashed potatoes, coleslaw and corn on the cob. Ample plates, buns, utensils, two types of sauce and other supplies. We fed nearly 40 people and have enjoyed the leftovers. Highly recommend.
