My son and I had this place picked out for a few weeks and we're excited about the food. Our excitement was shirt lived, unfortunately. We came for lunch today and we're quickly greeted and seated, but that was thw fastest part of our experience. The service and food quickly went downhill. My son ordered the Shoyu ramen from the kids menu, my husband had the teriyaki chicken and myself the dumpling curry. My husband's miss was very salty along with his teriyaki chicken. My curry was also salty and the dumplings were soggy. My son had a decent meal though his ramen was a bit bland. I was shocked to see the kids meals featured at the same price as an adult meal. There was one server at the restaurant who claimed to run the whole show, but couldn't handle the 5 tables present and one of them walked out without an order. As someone in the service industry, I find it unprofessional when a waitress makes excuses non stop for how poorly the establishment is run when, in reality, its poor time management. I wish I could like this place, but it kept a bad taste in my mouth- quite literally.

I want to come on here & highlight our server, Jessica. As the lunch hour picked up so did the flow of restaurant, still we were almost greeted and seated immediately. I noticed, Jessica, seemed to be the only one out on the floor. It took a while to get our order in; as expected of a “one woman show” no shade there. However, her warm and inviting character compensated for the wait. Frankly, the food was just good but tasted even better with a sweetheart like her taking care of us. I don’t write reviews & as a matter of fact this is my first one, but I truly hope she’s getting the recognition she deserves. I see many hardworking & kindhearted individuals in the food & beverage industry run dry because corporations do not prioritize their own people. I’m just saying- & respectfully, do your best to keep this one!:)

Absolutely incredible ramen experience at Fuyu Ramen in Aurora! We just ate here and it was amazing—the Curry Ramen tasted like it was straight from Japan, with that perfect rich, aromatic broth and bold flavors that transported me right back to Tokyo. I haven’t had ramen this authentic and delicious since I lived there. The noodles were spot-on, the toppings fresh, and everything was perfectly balanced. Our server Henry was outstanding: super friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even better with his great energy. The restaurant is clean, cozy, with fun Japanese vibes, and the portions are generous. If I could, I’d eat here every day! Highly recommend—best ramen spot in the area by far. Can’t wait to come back! 🍜
