Do yourself a favor and try it! The flavors are amazing, the people are kind, and the atmosphere is great. We enjoyed everything we tried. My wife and I split the mixed grill for two, and my son had the lamb kabobs. His lamb was great, all of our skewers were grilled to perfection, even the rice was seasoned well. As a family, we have decided that this place gets an 11/10 and we will definitely be going again.

I am so impressed with Yemeni Grill! We ordered the chicken shawarma wrap, shish tawook with rice, lamb haneeth, grape leaves, and a jug of mango juice, everything was absolutely delicious. All the meats were incredibly tender and full of flavor, and the food came out fresh and perfectly seasoned. The stuffed grape leaves were honestly the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Truly outstanding! The service is just as amazing as the food. Aqeel is the bes. He greets you like family the moment you walk in, always with a big smile. The hospitality here makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. If you want incredible Middle Eastern food with warm, genuine service, Yemeni Grill is a must try. My sister suggested we go here for lunch today and WOW is was so good. Warm and welcoming owner, I think his name was Iqeel or Aqeel. He was helpful and attentive. We got soup which was so flavorful and delicious. We also got a couple of kebab plates. It smelled so good in there I wanted one of everything. I got a lamb kebab and a chicken kebab. The meat was juicy and very fresh. Perfectly cooked. The rice had some warm spices and I even got some pieces of clove and star anise. Loved the rice. The hummus and salad on the plate were also delicious. We will definitely be back it was so good.

Aqeel was wonderful as he took care of us at Yemen grill on south Havana street in aurora. He was very kind and patient while we tried to decide what to get for our first visit to this restaurant. And did not steer us wrong! We ended up with the most delicious lamb stew (Fahsa) that was plenty of food for the both of us with pita. Served boiling hot in an traditional wooden bowl and was just perfect. Since we like to try many things we also went with the Lamb kebab sandwich and it was super flavorful. I am writing this the next day because my left overs even made me do the happy dance while I was eating them.
