Cencalli Taqueria in Littleton

Cencalli is a great go to Mexican restaurant. A simple menu with fresh in-house ingredients. Delicious asada options and tasty sides. The drink menu looked impressive. I tried the arrachera tacos my fiancé had the carne asada. Both were delicious. I would like to come back and try the pozole soon.

Okay, so my hubby & I moved over summer to Littleton and we have been here well over a dozen times at this point. Let me just say, the food is phenomenal. We love the atmosphere, everyone who works here is so kind and they take the time to share what’s new on the menu. Our favorites, hands down are the quesabirria tacos and the arrachera tacos. We crave them and get them every single time. * New fav* this month we tried the pozole flight (red, white, and green). All the broths are delicious and unique, yet packed with flavor. Pozole was so good, we had to come back the next weekend. :P The tizoncito marg is amazing if you like a spicy drink. They have won best marg in Denver in the past, so you have to try this one & the belladonna too! We love Mexican food, we love spicy, we love a variety of salsas/sauces, and tons of flavor - Cencalli has it all! - this has become our new favorite and the place we take our family and friends! ❤️

Service here is so good! The servers were super communicative about everything, especially when it came to spice levels and non-English words on the menu [even if I'm no noob to Mexican foods]. Needless to say, the food was amazing. Super flavorful and filling. An absolute gem of downtown Littleton!

Cencalli Taqueria is an absolute gem. The food is consistently delicious, the drinks are well-crafted, and the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely make you feel taken care of. The vibe is great whether you’re stopping in for a quick bite or settling in for a full meal and cocktails. I’d also love that they carry Nuestro Placer Reposado Cristalino—it pairs perfectly with their menu and elevates an already fantastic drink selection. Highly recommend this spot for great food, great drinks, and even better service. 🌮🍹
