I've visited this park every once in awhile throughout the years and I personally love the walking trails. The playground is great for any kids too and the pavilion is a nice rest area for anyone to get out of the sun. My only complaint is maybe add a small ramp on the sidewalk next to the park so wheelchair users don't have to drive so far to get to the park, besides that though, it's wonderful.

We were the only ones there for the first hour or so and then more than 2 or 3 people were there with us at a time. The playground equipment ranged from sizes appropriate for toddlers like my daughter all the way up to the biggest kids. Two benches and covered tables to sit at and it was very clean for a park. I loved the layout and activities and my daughter had a blast. It was nice to be able to take a break and sit rather than have to follow her around catching her when she falls like the majority of jungle gyms that don't have anything in her age/skill level. Plus the beautifully decorated pirate ship house was an unexpected bonus.

You can get out of your car and go"fire" the canons! The owner was there giving out information on his build, super nice guy. He even offers to take photos of your family in the Christmas light dome. I can't wait to go back for Halloween.

We had to walk quite awhile to get to for where the Flag Football game was played. A cement walkway would have been welcomed!
