HOTWORX - Lakewood, CO - Green Mountain

As a girly who gets shy going to the gym, i am very comfortable here and absolutely love the staff and environment. If you are thinking about getting a membership or trying hotworx out — definitely would recommend! Having the ability to schedule your own workouts is so convenient and has kept me determined to coming consistently. The workouts are amazing, i always feel good leaving after a session. Only after a few workouts, I have already seen results. 🤍

Absolutely love this place! Have been coming since they opened at the end of 2023, so a little over 2 years now. This is the only gym I come to and come about 3-4 times a week. Love the option to do a short 15 minute, long 45 minute or a combination. I can definitely tell a difference in my body since coming here. My body craves it and it helps with my mood. Would fully recommend this place! The owner, Sundee, is also the best, very kind and personable!

I have been with HOTWORX since they opened and I am obsessed with it! I have never worked out so much in my life. The staff is amazing, the facility is always spotless, and it’s nice to have a variety of workouts for each day. If you have wanted to try a HOTWORX just do it, you won’t regret it!!

The health benefits of the infrared sauna even without the workout are so nice that I go there sometimes just to unwind. The price for a private infrared sauna appointment anywhere else is way more expensive than this monthly unlimited access membership that includes so much more. It's a chill space and supportive community. I enjoy it for my chronic pain and low motivation days especially, but i love going with my friends and there are so many workout opportunities amd intensities available.
