Blend.Co is such a gem in Denver! The location itself is absolutely stunning. There is tons of seating, a warm inviting vibe, and a patio I cannot wait to enjoy once the weather warms up. I stopped in for a game of trivia and got to try several menu items. My top picks were definitely the arancini balls and the short rib sandwich, both were flavorful and so well done. The signature cocktails were beautiful, but the standout for me was the Cinnamon Toast Tini. So good! Overall, a gorgeous space, delicious food, and great drinks. Can’t wait to come back!

I had the first wedding hosted by Blend.Co and could not be happier with how our event turned out. Haley and Suz were 10/10 in making my last minute event perfect, with one month notice you would never know with the attention to detail and coordination. Haley was confident, communicative, and on it every step of the way. The vibes are incredible, the food is delicious and overall I would recommend this venue to anyone hosting a special event. We came on opening day and the food and service was excellent. The NDA sandwich’s flavors are well put together. The crab cakes are also delicious. The staff was really friendly. The atmosphere was something this side of town needed. We will be returning!
